After spending five years in Chicago IL, I moved to Wilmington DE in 1980.  J Alberta was established here in 1993 as a Dressmaking and Designing business and the brand name engaged in ownership in the State of Delaware under the name of J Alberta Designs and was organized on July 10, 1986.
